Located in **Tronica City, Ghaziabad**, the property was an old factory with deteriorated exterior walls, damaged plaster, weathered surfaces, and an outdated architectural appearance. Rather than demolishing the existing structure, DGGC Group implemented a comprehensive renovation strategy to restore the building while retaining its industrial purpose.
